Privacy (personal data protection)
We pay special attention to the protection of personal data and privacy of our customers. Website administrator is obliged to protect the personal data of its users in strict adherence to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA-1). The company collects certain user data: name, surname, gender, address, phone number, email, clicks in open rate (email, SMS and notification messages, website). All personal data are protected in accordance with the Personal data protection act, therefore the data collected will never be sold, traded, lent or disclosed for any other reason to the third party.
Receiver of email, SMS and notification messages allows the company Maremico d.o.o. collecting, segmentation, processing and storing of all entered personal data according to the Personal Data Protection Act. User’s personal data can be also used for remarketing via Facebook or Google AdWords.
Parents and caretakers are advised to teach their children about safe and responsible use of the Internet which also includes disclosure of their personal data. Underage individuals should not enter their personal data to the www.leticia-modular.eu webpage.
By submitting their information, a user permits Maremico d.o.o. to use personal data for:

The administrator is also obliged to inform the user about this act either in writing or in any other form agreed upon within 5 days.
Upon user’s request the personal data administrator is obliged to confirm, whether his personal information is in the system or not and enable him inspection of his data. User may copy his own data or get a copy from the personal data administrator. User can also demand information regarding methods of user data processing.

The scope of data use and intellectual property rights
